Sean Hampton's Night Shelter is an old factory building which Sean Hampton uses to take care of the poor. It is in the Night Shelter's Vicinity which is located north-east of the Western Docks. The house actually belongs to the rich Dawson family, but no one seems to care about it anymore. There also is an entrance to Old Bridget's Skal shelter in the sewers. Following the main quest line will bring Jonathan automatically there.
