Problem is the rest of the document is written in Braille and I can't read it.

If only I could find someone who could help me decipher this text.

Find the Text in Braille and give it to Mason Swanborough, get Laboratory Code.

• Find the laboratory of the Brother of St Paul's Stole

The entry is located in Stonebridge Sewers, just near where you find the #3 Text in Braille, with the code you can open the locked door now. The laboratory itself is right next to the nearby hideout.

• Retrieve the potion recipe in the laboratory

Boss St Paul Chemist was on 2nd floor, defeat him to get Chemist Diary, EXP +50.

• Choose what to do with chemist diary

Give or not would make no final difference, but to let Mason Swanborough know what the world looks like, may help him understand the true state of the place.
