Hide and seek

Description

I have found a terrified young man hiding in one of the quarantine zones of the east End docks. He seems

more afraid to go back to a safe place than to stay in this dangerous area. There is something more than

just fear and nervousness here. Maybe I should inquire about the reason why he chose to hide in this

place.

He was hiding in Embankment Sewers, just south of The Sewer Skals Territory.

• Find out the reason why the terrified young man is hiding in the sewers
