- To open this door, you will need step on four switch by special sequence (totally 6 times).
- In order to get the sequence, you need to gather following Collectibles.
- First of all, each switch has a related symbol, to know the relationship, check the The Origin of the Brotherhood, on the top right corner have such information. And to noticed, this may change each time you start a new playthrough. (based on below sample, it means the switch to entrance is diamond and switch to Usher Talltree is fish while others are circle and square.
- Then check symbol's sequence, and this was fixed, which means no matter how many times you start a new game, always same.
- The first symbol is fish, which on top left corner of The Crime of Lost Knowledge
- The second symbol is circle, which on bottom right corner of Laughing at the Guard
- The third symbol is square, which on top left corner of The Myth of the Horned Vampire
- The fourth symbol is circle, which on top right corner of Rare Species of Vampires

- The fifth symbol is fish, which on bottom right corner of Origin of the Skals

- The sixth symbol is diamond, which on top right corner of Blood as Addiction
- In case you failed to obtain the The Origin of the Brotherhood, you still have chance to get this trophy, as the symbol sequence was fixed, all you need to do is guessing the relation between switch and symbol. It was only 4, so based on the matrix of combination, there were 24 possible arrangement, which means try at most 24 times, you eventually open the door.
- You can get Recollections of Paulus Aurelianus and True Dragonbane in this hidden vault, but seems like not necessary required for this trophy.
